Amazing experience! The whole team was so thoughtful and supportive. What a wealth of knowledge between the Administrator and the Marketing Director. I highly recommend visiting and speaking with the Marketing Director as she was so accommodating and supportive.

A family member of mine looked at a few assisted living communities before deciding on Park Regency.

A big part of it was the marketer who was not only helpful and communicative, but also enthusiastic about the building and the care staff. She helped them navigate various aspects of relocating our loved one, the pros and cons of different senior living communities and really highlighted the quality care provided by her staff. What ultimately sold us on this community was the memory care. We decided that it would be best to choose a community that had assisted living and memory care in one building so, if the time ever came, it would be a smoother transition should that level of care be needed.

Although the building is a bit older, it is well taken care of and has a beautiful courtyard for residents and families to enjoy. I highly recommend taking a tour if you’re considering assisted living homes for your loved one!

My brother has been staying here at Park Regency for the last 10 yrs and the staff has been amazing with him and all the other residents. They truly care for all the residents and treat them like family. I’m so grateful for them and very happy he’s here in this facility. I definitely would recommend.

Last week, after having dinner with my mom as usual and bringing her back to her room, we noticed that the family members of her roommate were all standing outside the room’s door. It seemed a bit strange, and then we were hit by an extremely foul smell of feces. They told us, “Don’t go in, someone inside has diarrhea. It’s too smelly.”

At that moment, George, who was feeding an elderly person in the neighboring room, likely caught the smell or noticed us standing at the door. He immediately came out to ask what was going on, checked on the elderly person in the bathroom, and then very politely told us, “I’m sorry, she has diarrhea in there. I’ll clean her and the bathroom right away. I’m so sorry.”

In less than 10 minutes, like magic, the smell was gone, and the elderly person was clean again. It was truly amazing.

I’m extremely grateful to the staff here–they are so kind and compassionate.

Let me just say, I was here before last year during Christmas time. I went home. At some point this year, I started to not feel well, and went back to hospital. I had to go back to Park Regency, I came in here with an infection and these folks were able to cure me. Because of the staff here, I am now on track to going back home once again from Park Regency. To be truthful, since this is my second time, I’ve learned the ropes and to let things run its course…and I am on a good course! The staff say hi to me, from the nurses to the administration office. No one here is walking with their heads up in the air. Being greeted is something I appreciate very much. I would like to recognize Physical Therapy, especially Eric ( I’d like to call him my friend). Axel is also someone I developed a relationship with. One of the CNA’s Lilliana, she definitely steps out of her way to assist me especially with my coffee. There was a particular night the presentation of the food was very spectacular. I even wrote a note to the Chef.

The facility is very friendly. I want to recognize the kitchen staff, they are beautiful friendly people! The nurses are amazing and I am happy here. My mother is currently a patient. I am overwhelmed, the facility was able to accommodate a special request regarding my mother with her condition.  I spoke to the Dietary Supervisor Lilly about her staff, they are just so great. CNA’s have always assisted us, even their laundry staff is amazing.

My mom has been at this facility for 18 months. There are quite a few who attend to her needs, which are quite cumbersome. This is a very difficult occupation. But these people go above and beyond with the scope of their work. The facility is always maintained in a good and clean condition.

Park Regency Care Center is by far the best nursing home to have your family member at. I looked at several others and they don’t compare. The facility is clean and welcoming. Staff are happy. The care the nurses gave my aunt was excellent. My aunt had nothing bad to say about the care she received.

They have a lot of caring nurses around the clock. Social Service Worker Gamila is very helpful, she always calls me back. Activity people are very nice, the dining room servers are also nice….everyone is very nice! I recommend this facility, my husband is a patient here now. Lastly, I love how festive they are…the Christmas decorations are wonderful. I also notice they do a lot of housekeeping…which is always a plus! I have not tasted the food, but my husband always compliments how good it tastes.

Staff took very good care of me. The food was good, the service was great. Rehab got me better, bingo was good and Art from Activities answered all of my questions and if I needed help she was there!

I have been very pleased with the care of my good friend since she has been admitted to Park Regency Care Center. She is being well taken care of and speaks very highly of the staff every time I come to visit. We are hoping to have her home for the holidays. The facility is always clean and have Christmas Decorations throughout the building.

My Nonna was at Park Regency for a few weeks and we’re really happy with the experience overall. The staff is super nice and helpful and the rehab team is fantastic. The nurses at the desk reassured us that Nonna is in great hands and even the other families here have been very kind and supportive. Since Nonna is happy, we are even happier.

My mother is currently a patient at Park Regency Care Center. They have been great with my mother, especially Alejandra and Juan CNA!. They are Amazing!!!! I’d like to thank nurse Grace for everything she has done. Everyone here has been kind, and very considerate. Most of all, very helpful. I recommend anyone looking for rehabilitation to come to Park Regency Care Center. The whole staff have been great. My mother is grateful for everyone, a particular highlight for her was when LVN Eddison went above and beyond for her to be able to take her medicine at a time that she was having difficulty doing so. When mom was in the hospital, they had told me to go to a different facility, I requested if Park Regency is available, I wouldn’t have to come inspect the facility because I trust them and sure enough…they were available. Ana and Veena from Rehab have had the determination to help my mother, we appreciate their efforts. Lastly, I admire the patience they exhibit with my mother.

We chose Park Regency for my aunt after looking at several other options in the area and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff was welcoming and they really personalize the care. One thing that really stood out to me was how often I saw staff washing the floors and keeping everything tidy. My aunt also enjoyed some of the activities offered and we appreciated how easy it was to stay in touch with them, whether over the phone or in person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable care.

We’re glad we chose Park Regency for my uncle. The staff was friendly and made sure he had enough blankets to stay warm and water by the bed. It’s the little things that show their attention to care. The facility was clean, and my uncle seemed to enjoy the food, which was a nice plus. Seeing improvement in his condition gave us confidence that he was getting good care. The staff also did a good job of keeping us informed and answering questions which made the whole process smoother. Overall, we were happy with his care and would recommend it to others.

I am very pleased with the care and service provided by Park Regency. The medications are always on time for my mom and the staff is always helping us very quickly. The labs and response to changes are done very efficiently and quickly. They contact me very fast in regard to my mom’s care even when I’m not there. They give her showers and warm meals that make her feel at home. From top to bottom all staff are a lot of help especially Justin, Shushu, Evelyn, JC, Roanne and all the CNAs. They even arranged transportation for mom when she had to go outside. They know how to address concerns during the care plan meetings and coordinate with our family so we are aware and satisfied.

I’ve been really impressed with Park Regency since my aunt moved in last week. The staff has been kind patient and truly caring. I’ve watched them take the time to get to know her on a personal level and make sure her needs are met which means a lot to me. The facility is clean and well maintained and the nursing staff really makes you feel welcome.T he admission process from the hospital was quick and easy too. They keep me up to date and always answer my questions pretty fast. So far I’m really happy we chose this place and that my aunt is getting the care she needs.

Staff doctors, therapists & nurses kept me up to date on care & discharge plans. Nursing station was able to answer questions & get messages to doctors. Overall I was pleased with the facility.

As a nurse who has worked in nursing homes before, I was really impressed when I visited my grandma at Park Regency. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the residents. The nurses especially go out of their way to help and you can see that they put in the effort to connect with everyone.

The place has a bright and welcoming vibe which makes a difference. They offer a variety of activities like art classes and movie nights that keep the residents engaged.

My mom is very happy at the Park Regency! The care givers are great, very helpful and kind. All staff have been wonderful. Chefs are excellent! Plenty of activities if Mom wants to participate. Her room is “luxurious “ (her own words)!

My grandma has been here for quite some time and every time I visit, it’s always a pleasant experience. Right when you come in, there’s always someone who welcomes you with a big smile. Park Regency Care Center has been a place that offers so much care and support for their patients. It also makes me so happy to see that my grandma enjoys the activities that the center provides like bingo and other game nights. To know that my grandma is in good hands and is satisfied with her care is definitely a blessing.

My uncle has been a patient here since the beginning of the year. It was scary at first we didn’t know what to expect, but we couldn’t be anymore happier than choosing Park Regency. They take the time to even update him on the Dodger games. Prior to coming here, he was unable to feed himself but because of the staff, he has regained the strength to feed himself and participate in physical therapy ! When we have concerns, we are thankful for the nurses always calling us in real time to update us. Special Shoutout to RN Billy for always providing compassion during uncertain moments. Administration office was able to smoothly admit my uncle here,
and we knew that could be a stressful experience. They communicated with us the entire way. This facility has my family’s recommendation!

Being here has completely transformed my perspective on nursing homes. I visit daily to spend at least 7 hours with my moth-in-law and I have witnessed firsthand the staff’s dedication to the residents. Despite mobility challenges, the elderly are always joyful, with activities like mahjong, balloon games, and bingo keeping the atmosphere lively. Many have gradually improved, especially Xiuxiu, Lucy, and Joe…., highly recommend.

Park Regency Care Center has provided my grandmother with excellent care. They are very personal and are accommodating to my grandmother’s chronic conditions. I appreciate their attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the facility.

Park Regency is really an exceptional facility. My mother has received the most amazing care including physical therapy from the most amazing staff who treat her with kindness and patience. They even take the time to feed her and really get to know her. She is 95 years old with dementia and we could not be happier with the service here. Justin, the administrator, is super attentive and it is very obvious he really cares about his patients and staff. I would absolutely recommend this 5 star facility to anyone in need of their skilled nursing services. Thank you Park Regency and staff!

LOVELY VISIT! On Sunday we visited my wife’s elderly Mom…90 years old. We found her in the lunch room where we had a nice chat. Her Mom got a big kick out of the singing toy doggy my wife gave her for Christmas!

Visited the facility with no expectations but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, beautiful décor, and cleanliness of the facility.  The rooms were spacious and had some nice appointments.  One of the rooms we saw had a lovely built in bookcase in the center of the room to delineate a bedroom from the living room or you could do a roommate situation easily giving both people their own space.  The grounds were well maintained and the residents had lots to keep them happy. Overall, I think it is worth checking out and I would consider it if the need arises.

This facility is great. I volunteered here when I was young and I remembered it being a great atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised at the renovations that have been made since that time. It doesn’t feel like a hospital at all. The grounds are kept well and the facility is very clean. The staff are all very nice and welcoming especially Megan in admissions. Also I love the coffee station that they have set up for guests. This is also a 5 star facility and it’s apparent why!

This is a great community with a lot of dedicated staff. Tour with Ryan and you will see how he dedicates 100% of his time to give you all the information you need and ask all your questions. Same for all the other folks.

I visited this nursing home to check on my uncle. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. My uncle was very happy and didn’t have any complaints there. It was comforting to know that patients are in such good hands! I would recommend this facility to any loved one who is looking for great care.

I recently had to move my dad to park recency and we couldn’t be happier. This place is truly amazing! Great one on one contact with their patients. I really love this place!!!
